'WELCOME TO JOAN\'S COOKING CHANNEL _______________________________________ PLEASE DO SUBSCRIBE LIKE SHARE COMMENT... __________________________________ BURMA ATHO |EGG BEJO Ingredients: 1)BEJO INGREDIENTS: 1)1/2 cup channa dal 2)4 garlic 3)2 red chilli 4)1 cup rice flour 5)Salt-as needed 6)Water ___________________ 2)EGG BEJO: 1)Boiled egg -4 2)Salt water 3)Tamarind juice 4)Fried onions 5)Fry garlic oil 6)Chilli flakes 7)Coriander leaves ____________________ 3)ATHO: 1)Noodles 400grams 2)Garlic -2 3)Onions -4 4)Dry chilly-10 5)Peanut- 4tsp 6)Roasted channa dal-4tsp 7)Tamarind juice 8)Salt water 9)Cabbage-1/2kg 10)Coriander leaves -as needed ___________________________________ Process: 1)Beijo: In a bowl add 1 cup of rice flour then add soaked channadal, 2 garlic ,4red chilly (paste),soaked channadal,salt ,little bit of water to make beijo mix. 2)Then in kadai add oil & pour the beijo mix wait for 5 mins .Now beijo is Ready. 3)In a separate pan add the oil now add the sliced onions when it turns into golden brown take the onions.Now fried onions ready. 4)In the same pan itself add the chopped garlic to it and wait until it turns into crispy.Noe garlic oil is Ready. 5)Egg Beijo: Boil the egg in separe pan then cut the egg in the middle and add salt water, tamarind juice,fried onion,garlic oil, chilli flakes, coriander leaves.Now Egg beijo is Ready. 6)Atho: In a separate pan add the water to boil the noodles for 3 mins . keep a side separately.Now take a big pan & add boiled noodles, chopped cabbage, sliced onions,fried beijo,peanut & roasted channadal powder, tamarind juice, chilli flakes,salt water,coriander leaves then mix well for 5 mins with hand.
